How to Password Protect a Wordpress Site

Steps

1. Go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Posts or Pages, and select the post or page you want to protect.
2. Click on the settings icon to open the post settings panel.
3. Select Published to proceed to the visibility options.
4. Under the Status & Visibility section, click on the checkbox for Password protected.
5. Enter a password in the field that appears.
6. Click Save to apply the changes.
