Steps
- Navigate to Leads in the top menu bar.
- Select the duplicate lead you want to merge from the leads list.
- Review the duplicate prompt that Salesforce automatically displays when a duplicate is detected.
- Click View Duplicates in the duplicate prompt to open the merge workflow.
- Ensure both duplicate lead checkboxes are checked, then click Next.
- Compare the leads side by side to review field values, then click Save.
- On the Confirm Merge page, click Merge to complete the process.
- Confirm the success prompt confirming your leads have been successfully merged.
