Steps
- Navigate to Leads in the menu bar at the top of Salesforce.
- Click on the lead record whose call you want to log.
- Look for the telephone icon in the right column, or find Call Log under the Activity tab if it is not visible there.
- Enter a subject and a comment describing the conversation you had with the lead.
- Click Save to store the call log against the lead record.
- Confirm the task created prompt to verify the call was successfully logged.
