How to Integrate HubSpot With Klaviyo

Here’s a step-by-step tutorial on how to integrate HubSpot with Klaviyo

  1. Go to zapier.com and create a New Zap.
  2. Click on the Trigger tile.
  3. Choose HubSpot as the trigger app. (where the automation starts).
  4. Start by selecting a Trigger in HubSpot. (Eg. New contact Added, Contact updated, Form Submission)
  5. Connect your Hubspot account and authorize access to your HubSpot data.
  6. Now, set up the Action in Klaviyo.
  7. Choose the specific action you want to perform in Klaviyo based on the HubSpot trigger. (Eg. Add/Update Person to List, Track Event etc.)
  8. Now, authorize access by hitting Allow.
  9. Map the HubSpot fields to the Klaviyo fields. (You can also map other relevant data fields like name, phone number, or custom properties.)
  10. Test and Turn On Your Zap.
  11. Finally, hit Publish on the top right.
