Steps
- Go to zapier.com and create a new Zap.
- Click on the Trigger tile in the Zapier editor.
- Choose HubSpot as the trigger app where the automation starts.
- Select a HubSpot trigger event such as New Contact Added, Contact Updated, or Form Submission.
- Connect your HubSpot account by signing in via OAuth.
- Authorize access to your HubSpot data.
- Set up the Action step in the Zap editor.
- Select Klaviyo as the action app.
- Choose the specific Klaviyo action to perform, such as Add/Update Person to List or Track Event.
- Click Allow to grant Klaviyo access.
- Connect your Klaviyo account via OAuth authorization.
- Map the fields between HubSpot and Klaviyo, then click Continue.
- Click Publish in the top right to activate your Zap.
