Steps
- Navigate to the App Marketplace using the store icon in the top-right corner of HubSpot.
- Search for "Jira" in the marketplace search bar and select it from the results.
- Click the Install app button to begin the installation process.
- Log in to your Atlassian account and click Accept to grant access to your HubSpot account.
- Go to CRM > Tickets from the HubSpot navigation menu.
- Open an existing ticket or create a new one.
- Scroll down in the right pane to locate the Jira associations section.
- Toggle on Sync to enable the Jira connection for the ticket.
- Choose a Jira issue and click the Attach Jira issue button to link it to the ticket.
