The HubSpot Insightly integration lets you sync CRM data between HubSpot and Insightly by installing the app from the HubSpot Marketplace and authenticating with your Insightly API key. Once connected, contact and account records flow between both platforms without manual data entry.
Steps
- Navigate to the App Marketplace using the store icon in the top-right corner of HubSpot.
- Search for "Insightly" in the Marketplace search bar and select it from the results.
- Click the Install app button to begin the installation process.
- When the connection pop-up appears, click the Next button to proceed.
- In your Insightly account, click your profile icon in the top right and select User Settings.
- Scroll down to the API section and copy your API Key and API URL.
- Paste the API key and API URL back in HubSpot, then click Connect to Insightly.
- Confirm the integration is successful and begin syncing your accounts between both platforms.
