The Hotjar HubSpot integration lets you automatically send session recordings and survey responses from Hotjar directly into HubSpot, giving your sales and marketing teams richer behavioral context on every contact. Setting up the integration takes just a few clicks inside the Hotjar Apps menu.
Steps
- Go to your Hotjar account and click the Puzzle icon (apps) in the top-right corner.
- Search for HubSpot in the integrations list and click Connect.
- Click the Connect with HubSpot button on the HubSpot integration page.
- Choose the HubSpot account you want to link.
- Hit the Connect app button to authorize the connection.
- Toggle ON Automatically send responses and recordings to start syncing Hotjar data to HubSpot.
