How to Integrate HubSpot With Freshdesk

Steps

1. Navigate to the App Marketplace by clicking the store icon in the top-right corner of HubSpot.
2. Search for "Freshdesk" (by HubSpot) in the search bar and select it from the results.
3. Click the Install app button to begin installation.
4. In the pop-up that appears, click Next to proceed.
5. You will be prompted to enter your Freshdesk subdomain and API key.
6. Locate your Freshdesk subdomain in the address bar of your Freshdesk account.
7. Go to the Profile icon in the top-right of Freshdesk, then open Profile Settings to find your API key.
8. Click the View API Key button to reveal the key.
9. Copy the API key from your Freshdesk profile settings.
10. Paste the subdomain and API key into the HubSpot integration setup fields.
