The Airtable HubSpot integration lets you sync records between Airtable bases and HubSpot objects directly from the HubSpot App Marketplace. Once connected, you can map Contact Records to specific Airtable bases and tables to keep your CRM and project data aligned in real time.
Steps
- Navigate to the App Marketplace using the store icon in the top-right corner of HubSpot.
- Search for Airtable in the search bar and select it from the results.
- Click the Install app button to begin the installation process.
- Click Connect to Airtable to initiate the OAuth authorization flow.
- Click Add a base to grant HubSpot access to your Airtable bases.
- Grant access to your Airtable bases by approving the required permissions.
- Hit the Set up your sync button to configure your data synchronization settings.
- Define the Object you want to sync between HubSpot and Airtable.
- Select the Contact Records, Base, and Table you want to associate with your HubSpot account to complete the sync setup.
