How to Integrate Calendly with Copper

Steps

1. Log in to Zapier, click Create, and select Zaps to begin building your automation.
2. Click Trigger to start configuring the trigger step of your Zap.
3. Search for and select Calendly as the Trigger App.
4. Choose a trigger event, then sign in to your Calendly account to connect it.
5. Enter a Webhook subscription scope to define which Calendly events will fire the trigger.
6. Click Test trigger to verify that Calendly is sending data correctly.
7. Select Continue to move on to the action step.
8. Search for and select Copper as the action app.
9. Choose an action event, then click Sign in to connect your Copper account.
10. Fill in the required fields to configure what data gets sent to Copper.
11. In your Copper dashboard, navigate to Settings then Integrations.
12. Find Zapier in the integrations list and click Generate Zapier Token.
13. Copy the generated API token from your Copper integrations page.
14. Return to Zapier, paste the copied API token, and click Yes, Continue to Copper to authenticate.
15. Complete and customize the required action fields to map Calendly data to Copper records.
