How to Give Descript Permission to Record Audio

Here's how to do it:

1. In your project, click on the Record button (either for screen recording or audio recording).
2. If it's your first time recording in Descript, the app will prompt you to grant microphone access. Click Allow start recording.
3. Alternatively, select System Settings (or System Preferences, depending on your macOS version).
4. Select the Privacy & Security section, then click on Microphone.
5. Toggle the switch next to Descript to allow it to access your microphone.
