Quick summary
A Salesforce security token is a required credential for authenticating API connections and third-party integrations. You can reset your security token directly from Salesforce Settings in just a few clicks, and the new token will be emailed to your registered address.
Steps
- Click on your avatar in the top right corner of Salesforce.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- In the Quick Find box, type "Reset" and choose Reset My Security Token under Personal Information.
- Click Reset Security Token to generate and email your new token.
- Check your email inbox for the newly issued security token from Salesforce.
