Quick summary
This tutorial shows how to export contacts from Salesforce to Google Sheets using the Salesforce Classic print view — no third-party tools required. By switching to Classic mode and using the built-in print preview, you can bulk-copy up to 1,000 contact records in just a few steps.
Steps
- Navigate to the profile icon in the top-right corner of Salesforce.
- Click Switch to Salesforce Classic from the dropdown menu.
- Select Contacts from the top navigation menu bar.
- Ensure the dropdown is set to All Contacts and click Go.
- Click the Print icon in the top-right corner of the Contacts list.
- A print preview page with all your contacts will open in a new tab.
- Set the records-per-page view to a high number — such as 1000 — to load all contacts at once.
- Press Cmd+A or Ctrl+A to select all records, then Copy with Cmd+C or Ctrl+C.
- Open a new Google Sheet and paste your copied contact data.
