Steps

  1. Click the 'Contacts' button in the main navigation to enter the contacts area.
  2. Navigate to the 'Lists' option within the Contacts section.
  3. Locate the list that contains your segment, then click the down caret for that list to expand its options.
  4. Click 'Segments' to reveal the segments associated with that list.
  5. The list row will expand to display your segments — click the segment you wish to delete.
  6. Click the 'Delete' button to initiate the removal of the selected segment.
  7. A confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm the deletion — click 'OK' to complete the process.
