How to Exclude a Segment from ActiveCampaign
Here’s a step by step process on how to exclude a segment from ActiveCampaign:
- Click the 'Contacts' button.
- Navigate to the 'Lists' option.
- Locate the list that contains your segment. Then click the drop down option for that list.
- Click 'Segments'.
- The List row will expand and display your segments. Click the segment you wish to delete.
