How to Edit Deal Stages in HubSpot

Here is a step-by-step tutorial to edit deal stages in HubSpot:

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon) in the top bar.
  2. In the left menu, navigate to Objects > Deals.
  3. Click the Pipelines tab.
  4. Select the pipeline (E.g. Accounts pipeline) you want to edit from the dropdown menu.
  5. Scroll down to find the stages.

Here you can perform various edits on your deal stages:

  • Change stage name: Click the stage name field and type your desired name.
  • Move stages: Click on the left side of the stage property and drag it to reorder.
  • Delete stages: Hover over the stage and click the delete button that appears.
  • Edit win probability: Click the dropdown associated with the stage and choose the appropriate value.
  • Create new stages: Click the "+ Add stage" button at the bottom to add a new stage.
