Quick summary
Deleting unused classes in Webflow keeps your project's stylesheet clean and reduces bloat. Only classes that are not applied to any element can be deleted via the Style Selectors panel in the Webflow editor.
Steps
- Open your Webflow editor and navigate to the Style Selectors section in the left sidebar menu.
- Search for the class you want to delete, or locate it in the class list below the search bar.
- Check whether the class has a list icon on hover — this indicates the class is currently in use and cannot be deleted; only classes without this icon are eligible for deletion.
- For an unused class (no list icon), click the wrench icon next to it to open the options menu.
- In the options menu, click the bin icon to delete the class.
- Confirm the class has been successfully removed from your Webflow project.
