ClickUp's Mind Map view lets you create flowcharts directly inside your project lists by adding, naming, and connecting nodes that map to real tasks. Steps
- Navigate to the List where you want to create the flowchart.
- Click '+View' at the top of the view bar to add a new view.
- Select 'Mind Map' from the view type options.
- Name your mind map.
- Click 'Blank' to start from an empty canvas.
- Click the central node labeled 'Root Node'.
- Rename the root node to represent the main concept or starting point of your flowchart.
- Start adding child nodes and name each one to represent steps or components of your flowchart.
- Set the color of each node by clicking the color icon.
- Click on a node to open its settings and select '+Create task' to link it to an actionable task.
- Customize your task by adding assignees, tags, due dates, and time estimates, then click 'Create'.
- Use task relationships like subtasks and links to indicate order and connections between tasks by clicking the add icon.
- Drag and drop nodes to rearrange them and create logical connections across your flowchart.
- Click 'Share' to collaborate with your team members.
- Click 'Save' or press Ctrl + Enter to save all changes to your flowchart.
