Creating basic form fields in PandaDoc allows recipients to input information such as names, emails, dates, and signatures. Here’s how to do it:
- Navigate to the 'Documents' tab.
- Open the document where you want to add form fields.
- On the right-hand side, access the fields panel.
- Click and drag the required fields onto your document.
- Assign the field to a specific recipient.
- Adjust size and position for better alignment.
- Click the eye icon to review the document.
- Click 'Send' when ready for recipients to fill out the form. Now your document is ready for easy data collection.
