Steps
- Navigate to the Documents tab in PandaDoc.
- Open the document where you want to add form fields.
- On the right-hand side, access the fields panel.
- Click and drag the required fields onto your document.
- Assign the field to a specific recipient.
- Adjust the size and position of the field for better alignment.
- Click the eye icon to review the document before sending.
- Click Send when ready so recipients can fill out the form and your document is set up for easy data collection.
