HubSpot's Task Management feature lets sales teams create tasks with titles, priorities, reminders, and due dates directly from the Sales menu. Once created, tasks can be marked complete from the task list, keeping your pipeline organized and follow-ups on track.
Steps
- Navigate to Sales and select Tasks from the menu.
- Click Create task to open the new task form.
- Enter a Title and set the Priority level for the task.
- Configure a Reminder before the event and specify a Due date.
- Click Create to save and add the task to your list.
- Select the task checkbox to mark the task for completion.
- Click the complete button to mark the task as done.
- Once all tasks are cleared, you will see a confirmation message: You're all caught up on tasks.
