HubSpot's Quotes feature inside Commerce lets sales teams generate professional, signable quotes directly from their CRM deals. You can add line items, collect signatures, and configure a payment option — all in one streamlined workflow.
Steps
- Navigate to Commerce and open Quotes from the main menu.
- Click Create quote to start a new quote.
- Choose an existing deal or create a new one to associate with the quote.
- Fill in the quote details: name, expiration date, and any comments.
- Ensure the buyer's contact is included in the quote.
- Enter your company's information, including company name and registered address.
- Review the company information fields such as company name and registered address.
- Add the products involved in the transaction as line items.
- Preview how the line items appear on the quote.
- Review how the quote summary is displayed to the buyer.
- Add a Signature block and specify contacts required for counter signatures.
- Set up a Payment option and publish your completed quote.
