Steps

  1. Navigate to Commerce and open Quotes from the main menu.
  2. Click Create quote to start a new quote.
  3. Choose an existing deal or create a new one to associate with the quote.
  4. Fill in the quote details: name, expiration date, and any comments.
  5. Ensure the buyer's contact is included in the quote.
  6. Enter your company's information, including company name and registered address.
  7. Review the company information fields such as company name and registered address.
  8. Add the products involved in the transaction as line items.
  9. Preview how the line items appear on the quote.
  10. Review how the quote summary is displayed to the buyer.
  11. Add a Signature block and specify contacts required for counter signatures.
  12. Set up a Payment option and publish your completed quote.
