Steps

  1. Go to Library and open the Meetings Scheduler.
  2. Click Create Scheduling Page in the top right corner.
  3. Choose your Scheduling page type from the available options.
  4. Select a meeting type: One-on-One for a single guest, Group for multiple team members, or Round Robin to auto-distribute meetings based on set criteria.
  5. Fill in the meeting details: title, date and time, and duration.
  6. Add a videoconferencing link if the meeting is held online.
  7. Connect a video conferencing app such as Zoom or Dialpad for the online meeting.
  8. Enable a pre-meeting reminder to notify attendees before the event.
  9. Click Create Scheduling Page to save and generate your meeting page.
  10. Copy the meeting link and share it directly with your prospects.
