How to Create a Meeting Link in HubSpot

‍

Here is a step-by-step tutorial to create a meeting link in HubSpot:

  1. Go to Library > Meetings Scheduler.
  2. Click the Create Scheduling page in the top right corner.
  3. Choose a meeting type:
    • One-on-One: Schedule a meeting with just you and another person.
    • Group: Schedule a meeting with multiple team members.
    • Round Robin: Automatically distributed to a person on your team based on criteria that you set.
  4. Fill in meeting details: title, date & time, duration.
  5. Add a videoconferencing link if the event is online.
  6. You can also customize who can see your availability: choose specific team members or keep it open to all.
  7. Click Create scheduling page to generate your meeting link.

This link can be shared with others to allow them to schedule meetings with you or your team based on your availability.
