How To Connect HubSpot to Gmail

To connect your Gmail to HubSpot, follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the Settings ⚙️ icon in the main navigation bar of your HubSpot account.
2. Navigate to the General section in the left sidebar menu.
3. Click on the Email tab.
4. Click Connect personal email.
5. To turn on inbox automation features, select the Turn on inbox automation checkbox in the dialog box.
6. Enter your email address in the text field.
7. Click Connect your inbox.
8. HubSpot will recommend which email provider to connect with. Click Connect to Gmail.
9. If HubSpot cannot identify your email provider, select the Google/Gmail tile.
10. A new dialog box will appear. Read through the information and click Continue.
11. Log in to your email account.
12. Review the required permissions and click Allow.
13. HubSpot will inform you that your Gmail inbox (if using Gmail) is now connected to HubSpot.
