Connecting Gmail to HubSpot lets you send, track, and log emails directly from your CRM without switching tools. This integration syncs your inbox with HubSpot contacts so every conversation is captured automatically.
Steps
- Click on the settings icon in HubSpot to open your account settings.
- Navigate to the General section in the settings sidebar.
- Click on the Email tab within General settings.
- Click to continue to the email integration setup screen.
- Tick the checkbox and click Connect your inbox to begin linking your email account.
- Enter your email address you want to connect and hit the Next button.
- If prompted, click Connect to Gmail to confirm your email provider.
- If HubSpot cannot identify your email provider automatically, you will see a manual selection prompt.
- Select the Google/Gmail tile to specify your email provider.
- Hit Continue to be directed to the Google login page, then review the required permissions and click Allow to complete the connection.
