This tutorial shows how to connect a Power Apps form to a SharePoint list by adding a SharePoint data connector directly inside the Power Apps Studio editor. Once connected, form submissions are automatically stored in the linked SharePoint list, enabling structured, no-code data collection.
Steps
- Inside the Power Apps editor, open the left-side panel and click Data.
- Tap Add Data to begin adding a new data source.
- Select Connectors from the list of available options.
- Click SharePoint from the connectors list.
- Tap Add a Connection to proceed.
- Select your preferred connection mode and click Connect.
- Enter the URL of your SharePoint site into the input field, then click Connect.
- Browse the available SharePoint lists, select the one you want to use, and tap Connect to save the integration.
