How To Check API Version in Salesforce

Here is a step-by-step tutorial to check the API version in Salesforce:

  1. Head over to the Gear icon on the top right of the screen.
  2. Select Setup from the dropdown.
  3. The Setup page will open in a new tab.
  4. Search for "API" in the quick find menu and find API under Integrations.
  5. Click on Generate Enterprise WSDL on the API WSDL page.
  6. Hit Generate on the next page.
  7. An HTML page will open up. You can find the API version of your Salesforce account at the top of the page. (Or CMD+F search for "API Version" to jump to the area that shows the API version)
