Quick summary
Blocking dates on Calendly lets you mark specific periods as unavailable so no meetings can be booked during vacations, holidays, or busy stretches. Using the date-specific hours feature in the Availability tab, you can set a custom date range and apply it in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Click on the Availability tab in the left sidebar of your Calendly dashboard.
- Click the Add date-specific hours button to open the date blocking options.
- Select the start date and time for the period you want to block off.
- Click the X option next to the available hours to mark that period as Unavailable.
- Click Apply to confirm and save your changes.
- Your blocked dates are now set — you will not be available for any meetings during the specified period.
