Steps
- Open your Access database and click the File tab in the ribbon.
- Select Save As from the File menu.
- Under the Save Database As section, select Backup Database.
- Click Save As to confirm the backup option.
- In the dialog box, choose the destination folder where you want to save the backup file and click Save.
