Quick summary
Adding a new invitee to an existing Calendly scheduled event requires using the Reschedule flow to insert additional guest emails without changing the meeting time. You can add up to 10 guests by selecting Add Guests on the reschedule page and clicking Update Event to confirm.
Steps
- Go to your Scheduled Events in Calendly.
- Click the booked event you wish to add guests to from your Scheduled Events list.
- Select Reschedule from the event options.
- If you are not changing the date or time, select the existing invitee's former time slot shown on the left side of the reschedule page.
- Click Add Guests beneath where the existing invitee's email is pre-populated.
- Enter the email addresses of up to 10 new guests under Guest Email(s).
- Optionally, add a reschedule note to clarify to all invitees that the meeting time has not changed and you are only adding new participants.
- Click Update Event to save your changes.
- A confirmation notification will appear to confirm the update was successful.
- View your new additional guests listed in the event details on your Scheduled Events page.
