How to Add Contacts to a List in ActiveCampaign
Here’s a step by step process on how to add contacts to a list in Activecampaign:
- Click 'Contacts' on the left menu to navigate to the Contact Overview page.
- On the contact's menu, select 'Lists'.
- Select the list you want to add a contact to.
- Click 'Add a contact'.
- Type the first and last name, email, and phone number.
- Select an account.
- You can also add an account by entering the account name and click the 'Add' option to proceed.
- Select an account owner.
- Type the job title of your contact.
- In 'Contact Actions', choose the 'Add to Lists' options and select the list
- Click 'Apply' to confirm.
