PandaDoc lets you add recipient fields directly in the document editor by dragging them from the Fields panel and assigning each field to the correct recipient before sending. Once all fields are placed and assigned, you can send the document for signature in one click.
Steps
- Open the document where you want to add recipient fields.
- In the document editor, locate the Fields panel on the right-hand side.
- Ensure at least one recipient has been added to your document.
- Before placing any field, assign it to the appropriate recipient.
- From the Fields panel, drag and drop the required fields onto the document.
- Verify that each recipient has their own designated fields placed correctly.
- Click Send when your document is ready for signature.
