Steps
- Click 'Contacts' on the left menu to open the Contacts section.
- Click 'Lists' on the secondary menu to view your existing lists.
- Click 'Add a list' to open the list creation modal.
- A modal window will appear — complete all required fields to configure your new list.
- Enter a list name that is short yet descriptive so contacts and teammates can identify it easily.
- Add your company's website to the designated field, which is required for compliance purposes.
- Write a reminder message to tell contacts why they are on your list and why you are emailing them.
- Click the 'Save' button to add your new list to ActiveCampaign.
