The Outline View in PowerPoint lets you review and navigate all slide text in a structured, scrollable panel. Access it instantly from the View menu to streamline content review and slide organization.
Steps
- Inside the slide canvas, head to the top menu bar and click View.
- Find and select Outline View in the ribbon.
- On the left side of the canvas, access the outline panel and scroll through it to review your presentation content.
- To preview a specific slide, tap the checkbox beside it in the outline.
- On the right side of the canvas, view the slide preview alongside the outline to verify your content.
