How to Use Notion AI for Meeting Notes

Steps

1. Click a blank space on the page to place your cursor.
2. Type /meeting notes to open the block menu.
3. Click AI Meeting Notes from the block options.
4. Enter the meeting title at the top of the notes section.
5. Add the meeting date, attendees, and agenda if needed.
6. Click Start transcribing if the option is available.
7. Let Notion AI capture or summarize the meeting notes.
8. Review the generated notes after the meeting.
9. Your meeting notes are now organized in Notion with help from Notion AI.
