Steps
- Open the Notion page where you want to add an emoji and click inside the page at the exact spot where the emoji should appear.
- Type a colon (:) followed by the emoji name — for example, type :smile — to trigger the emoji suggestion menu.
- Select the desired emoji from the emoji picker that appears in the dropdown.
- Click (+) Add custom emoji if you want to upload your own emoji image for use across the workspace.
- Press Enter to confirm and add the emoji to your Notion page.
