Quick summary
This demo shows how to reuse a Notion template across multiple pages using the synced block feature. By copying a block link and pasting it as a synced block, any updates to the original automatically reflect everywhere it's used.
Steps
- Hover over the template block, then click the six-dot handle on the left side of the block.
- In the dropdown menu, click Copy link to block.
- Open the Notion page where you want to use the template.
- Click the blank space where you want the template to appear.
- Press Ctrl + V on your keyboard to paste the copied block link.
- From the paste options, select Synced block.
- Click the pasted template block to check if it opens or updates correctly.
- Your Notion template is now ready to use — customize it to fit your workflow and stay organized.
