How to Share Notion Template Via Email

This demo shows how to share a Notion template via email by publishing the page and using the Share via Email option. Once sent, the recipient can duplicate the template directly into their own Notion workspace.

Steps

1. Click Share in the top-right corner of the Notion page.
2. In the share panel, click the Publish tab.
3. Click Publish in the Publish tab to make the page publicly accessible.
4. Select Share via social from the available options.
5. Click Share via Email.
6. Enter the recipient's email address in the To field.
7. Add a subject line for your email.
8. Paste the Notion template link into the email body.
9. Click Send in the top-right corner to deliver the email.
10. The recipient can now open the link and duplicate the template into their own Notion workspace.
