Sharing a Notion calendar lets you grant teammates or external users access via a direct email invite or a public shareable link. You can control permissions by setting access to Can view to keep your calendar data safe while staying collaborative.
Steps
- Open your Notion calendar database and click the Share button in the upper-right corner.
- To invite someone directly, enter their email address, set their permission level, and click Invite.
- Open the General access dropdown and select Anyone on the web with link to enable public sharing.
- Set the permission to Can view to restrict editing access.
- Click Copy link and share it with anyone you want to view your Notion calendar.
