Steps
- In Notion, click your workspace name in the upper-left corner.
- Click Settings from the menu.
- In the left sidebar, click People.
- Open the Members tab.
- Find the workspace owner you want to remove.
- Click the Role dropdown beside their name and change their role from Workspace owner to Member to remove owner access, or select Remove from workspace to remove them entirely.
- Select a reason for removing the member, then click Continue to confirm.
