Multi-selecting slides in Google Slides lets you move, copy, delete, or duplicate several slides at once. Use the slide panel and the Shift key to quickly select a range of slides in your presentation.
Steps
- Open your presentation in Google Slides.
- Go to the slide panel on the left side, then click the first slide you want to select.
- Hold Shift on your keyboard while clicking the other slides you want to select — all selected slides will be highlighted with a blue border.
- Once the slides are selected, right-click one of them to copy, delete, duplicate, or move them together.
