In Notion, you can move a table within the same page by dragging it with the six-dot handle, or transfer it to a different page using the Move to option. Both methods keep your content organized without needing to copy, paste, or rebuild the table.
Steps
- On your Notion page, hover over the table you want to move.
- Click and hold the six-dot handle on the left side of the table.
- Drag the table to its new location and release it when the blue guide line appears at the target position.
- To move the table to another page, click the six-dot handle and select Move to.
- Click the destination page where you want the table to be moved.
