Quick summary
Notion has no native merge pages button, but you can combine two pages by using the Move To option or by copying and pasting content directly into a destination page. Both methods let you consolidate scattered notes and pages into a single, organized Notion workspace.
Steps
- Open the Notion page you want to merge into another page.
- Note that Notion does not have a direct Merge pages button — this process works by moving one page inside another.
- Click the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner of the page to open the page menu.
- Select Move to from the menu.
- Search for and select the destination page from the search results to move the page inside it.
- Open the destination page and verify that the moved page now appears inside it as a subpage.
- Alternatively, open the source page and press Ctrl + A (Windows) or Command + A (Mac) to select all content, then press Ctrl + C / Command + C to copy it.
- Open the destination page and paste the content so it appears inline on the same page rather than as a subpage.
