Linking a Notion database table to a calendar view lets you visualize date-based data on a shared calendar without duplicating entries. You can switch between the Table and Calendar views instantly, keeping all your data in sync.
Steps
- On your Notion database table, make sure it has a Date property.
- Beside the current Table view, click the + icon to add a new view.
- Select Calendar from the view options.
- Notion will automatically create a calendar view linked to the information in your table.
- Use the Table and Calendar tabs to switch between the table data and calendar view.
