Notion's email integration lets you create a clickable button block that triggers a send mail action directly from your workspace. Connect a Gmail account, configure the recipient and message, and send emails without ever leaving Notion.
Steps
- Type /button to open the block menu in your Notion page.
- Click Button from the block options to insert a button block.
- Click New action to add an action to the button.
- In the dropdown menu, click Send mail to select the email action type.
- Beside Send email from, click Select account to link an email account.
- Choose the email account you want to use to send emails.
- Fill in the email details, including the recipient, subject line, and message body.
- Click Done to save the button configuration.
- Your Notion button is now set up to send an email using the selected account.
