The Jira-Mural integration lets teams connect Jira to their Mural workspace in minutes by configuring it through Mural's Integrations settings. Once linked, users can bridge visual collaboration in Mural with Jira issue tracking without switching between tools.
Steps
- On Mural's main dashboard, go to the top-right corner and click your Profile icon.
- Choose Integrations from the dropdown list.
- Under the Integrations tab, find Jira from the available options and tap the More Options button next to it.
- Click Manage Settings to open the Jira configuration panel.
- Enter your Jira server URL into the provided input field.
- Click Connect to initiate the connection.
- You will be redirected to Jira's home page — click Connect again to confirm your request.
- Your Jira account will now be fully integrated with Mural.
