The Jotform Jira integration lets you automatically create Jira issues from new form submissions without any manual effort. Set it up directly inside Jotform's form editor by navigating to Settings and connecting your Jira account in minutes.
Steps
- Inside Jotform's form editor, head to the top menu bar and click Settings.
- In the left-side panel, click Integrations to open the integrations list.
- Find and select Jira from the available integration options.
- Choose your preferred action (e.g., create Jira issues from submissions), then click Next.
- Click Authenticate and log in to your Jira account to authorize the connection.
- Click Accept to agree to the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Fill in the required fields, including the project, issue type, and the form fields you wish to map.
- Click Save to apply your integration settings.
- Your Jira account is now integrated with Jotform based on your configuration.
