You can insert images into a Notion table by adding a Files & media property to your database and uploading an image file or pasting an image link directly into a table cell. This method lets you visually enrich any Notion database without leaving your workspace.
Steps
- On your Notion database table, click Add property in the table header.
- Select Files & media as the property type.
- Click a cell under the Image column — you can either upload an image from your computer or paste a link of an image you want to use.
- Select the image you want to upload and click Open to begin the upload.
- Wait until the image finishes uploading, then repeat the same steps to add more images or upload images to other rows.
