Quick summary
Ending a column in Notion requires dragging a block outside the column section using the six-dot handle. Once dropped below the column divider, the block becomes a normal full-width element on your Notion page.
Steps
- On your Notion page, confirm you are working with regular columns, not a database table.
- Create a new text block inside one of the columns.
- Hover over the block and click-hold the six-dot handle to begin dragging.
- Drag the block below the column section and drop it when the long blue horizontal line stretches across the full page width.
- Continue typing under the columns as a normal full-width block.
