Quick summary
The Notion embed feature lets you insert PDFs, Google Docs, Google Maps, Spotify links, and other supported content directly into any Notion page using the /embed command. Once embedded, content is fully readable inline and can be resized to fit your workspace layout.
Steps
- Open your Notion page, type /embed, and select Embed from the command menu to activate the embed block.
- Paste the link to the content you want to embed into the Link field.
- Click Embed link to add the content to your Notion page.
- View the embedded content — for example, a PDF — which is now readable continuously through Notion.
- Once the content appears, drag the corners or sides of the embed block to resize it as needed.
- Check the embedded content to confirm it loads correctly — note that some websites may only display as a preview or link if Notion does not support a full embed for that content.
