Steps
- Click the gear icon at the top right of the dashboard to open settings.
- Select Open Advanced Setup from the dropdown menu.
- In the Quick Find search box, search for and select Duplicate Rules.
- Click New Rule, then choose an object to apply the rule to.
- Configure the settings and enter the remaining required details for the rule.
- Set conditions by filling in the fields and selecting an operator, then click Save when finished.
