How to Create Quick Text in Salesforce

Steps

  1. Click the App Launcher icon at the top of the Salesforce dashboard.
  2. Scroll down in the App Launcher and select Quick Text from the list.
  3. Click New Quick Text at the top right of the Quick Text list page.
  4. Enter the required Quick Text details in the form fields provided.
  5. Select channels from the Available list, then click the > button to move them to Selected.
  6. Once finished, click Save to create the Quick Text record.
