Salesforce Quick Text lets agents insert pre-written messages instantly across supported channels, reducing handle time and improving response consistency. This demo walks through every step to create and configure a new Quick Text record from the App Launcher.
Steps
- Click the App Launcher icon at the top of the Salesforce dashboard.
- Scroll down in the App Launcher and select Quick Text from the list.
- Click New Quick Text at the top right of the Quick Text list page.
- Enter the required Quick Text details in the form fields provided.
- Select channels from the Available list, then click the > button to move them to Selected.
- Once finished, click Save to create the Quick Text record.
