Salesforce's built-in Web-to-Lead and Web-to-Case tools let you generate fillable HTML forms directly from Setup, automatically capturing prospect or customer data into your CRM without any coding. In under ten minutes you can configure fields, set a redirect URL, and deploy an embeddable form that feeds leads or cases straight into Salesforce.
Steps
- Click the gear icon at the top left corner of your dashboard to open settings.
- Select Setup or Open Advanced Setup from the dropdown menu.
- In the Quick Find search box, type and select Web-to-Lead to capture customer information for potential sales leads.
- Alternatively, choose Web-to-Case if your focus is on case management.
- Click Create Web-to-Lead Form to begin building your fillable form.
- Select fields from the Available Fields box and click the > button to add them to your form.
- Set the Return URL to redirect users after form submission.
- Click Generate to produce the embeddable HTML form code.
